I have lived in Central Beccles for some 40 years.

Before retiring I was a teacher for some 41 years:  in South Wales, Singapore and Germany (Services schools), darkest Lowestoft, Saudi Arabia, Romania and Spain.  My wife is a retired Health Visitor and we have two “children”.

I was a volunteer for some 20 at Beccles CAB, past treasurer of the museum and Beccles Society,  and a long  time member of the Beccles Rotary Club which I often refer to as a sort of Scouts with beer!
