Dedicated to serving the Beccles community, our councillors are elected representatives committed to enhancing the town’s quality of life and creating a thriving future for all residents.
Councillors are elected every four years – the most recent elections were in May 2023 and the next elections are scheduled for May 2027.
Beccles is divided into four wards, each of which has four councillors.
All councillors are required to declare their pecuniary (financial) interests – you can view these for each councillor via clicking on their individual profile.
The Council employs a team of staff to implement the decisions of the Council, and to manage the resources that the Council owns and operates.
