The moorings fees for 2026-27 for visiting craft are:
Overnight Mooring Fees (until 12noon the following day):
Stern On: £16
Side On: £21
Daytime Mooring Fees
Free for the first 2 hours, then £8 thereafter.
If you decide to stay overnight, you will need to pay the balance for an overnight fee.
Permanent Moorings
For those seeking a more permanent home, there are permanent moorings available, with Beccles Fenland Charity Trust currently looking to expand the number available. Please contact either the Harbour Master or Beccles Fenland Charity Trust to find out more.
Permanent mooring annual mooring fees run from 1st April to 31st March:
For 2025-26 these will be:
Main Basin – £53 per foot
River Wall – £51.50 per foot
Gas Dyke – £380 Set Rate
Laundry: Washing £5, Dryer £3
All boats moored at Beccles Quay must be insured and comply with the Boat Safety Scheme regulations. This scheme applies to any boat with an engine or appliances like cooking, heating, or refrigeration, including open boats with electric motors. However, open boats powered solely by outboard motors without these appliances are exempt.
