The three town centre car parks (in Hungate, Newgate and Blyburgate) are owned and operated by East Suffolk Council. Charges apply 8am to 6pm. You can pay by cash or by mobile app (there is no facility to pay by card).
Up to 3 hours free parking is available 8am to 8pm at Tesco car park in town centre.
Beccles Town Council own and manage the free public car park in Puddingmoor (by Waveney Meadow) and the car park at Beccles Quay (chargeable 8am to 6pm, currently payment available only via the Hozah website https://pay.hozah.com/locations/1207 whilst we work to restore the vandalised cash and card payment machine).
