Meeting Rooms Available for Hire at the Council Offices. We have two meeting rooms available along with a well-equipped kitchen with an urn, kettle, cups, saucers, mugs, and cutlery, and a wheelchair-friendly WC located within the building. All applications for room hire require an up-to-date copy of your Public Liability Insurance document.
This spacious room, located at the back of the building, can comfortably accommodate up to 45 people. It features access for projectors or laptops and a large flat screen for presentations (please bring your own laptop).
A smaller situated at the front of the building, ideal for smaller meetings of up to 10 people.
During office hours (9am-4pm) you can directly access the meeting room upon arrival. For meetings outside office hours a member of staff will provide you with a front door key during the day of your booking. Both doors have a code for additional security. The code will be given to you when you collect the key.
The cost of hiring either room is £10 per hour during April-October and £15 per hour during November-March (the higher cost is for heating).
