An ideal location for events, exhibitions, parties, conferences, a wedding reception, or show. Our fully equipped kitchen has a fridge, cooker, and hot water dispenser, allowing you to cater or serve refreshments during your event. We also provide glasses, cups and saucers, cutlery, and trays.
Blyburgate Community Hall can comfortably accommodate up to 100 people, with up to 15 parking spaces (including 2 disabled spaces) available for authorised users in the adjoining car park. Additional parking is conveniently located across the street at the Blyburgate Pay & Display car park. The charming Beccles town centre is just a 5-minute walk away.
The main hall boasts a spacious 90 square meters (15 x 6 meters) and is equipped with 140 padded chairs, 40 plastic chairs, and 36 tables of varying sizes to suit your needs. Free Wi-Fi is available, and a basic Public Address System.
In addition to one-off bookings, we also offer the possibility of securing the hall as a permanent venue for your organisation. Please contact us to discuss your specific needs.

There is parking for up to 20 parking spaces available for authorised users in the adjoining car park – please note that 6 of these spaces are rented to private hirers 8am to 6.30pm Monday to Saturday so are not available to hall users during these times. There are two EV spaces that can be used by non hall users but can also be used by hall users if no other space is available. The Blyburgate Pay & Display car park is across the road for additional parking.
We offer the hall for four-hour sessions: mornings, afternoons, or evenings. The cost depends on whether you need it for a single event or on a regular basis.
£50 per four-hour session (£60 from 1st April 2026). The full balance is due four weeks before your booking date.
Discounted rates between £30 and £42.50 per four-hour session, depending on the booking frequency. Please contact us for a specific quote based on your needs.
